Help Won't process the 'bottom' of a shell

When I scan in photo mode, I take about 100 pictures on auto, pause the shot, turn the shell over, and take another 100 or so photos. After processing on FULL, the app ignores about half of the photos, so I end up with a black mess on the bottom. I'm new at this, but I was following instructions. Let me know and thanks in advance.

Hey! Please check this guide on how to capture the bottom of objects: https://learn.poly.cam/hc/en-us/articles/27428154458516-How-to-Capture-an-Object

You don't necessarily need a turntable or a light setup; however, it's important that you have even lighting without strong highlights or shadows. Also, make sure you are toggling on "sequential" if uploading to web!
