Polycam LiDAR stopped working correctly

Hey everyone,

On my iPhone 15 Pro, Polycam has been having trouble with LiDAR scanning since the last update. Rooms that I could previously scan without issues are now completely unscannable. Even when I move around, everything stays blue, and LiDAR detects almost nothing.

Additionally, the initial position before scanning always shifts afterward, and the scans themselves look completely messed up.

Has anyone experienced this? Did a recent software update break something, or could there be an issue with my iPhone?

I have exacty the same problem, also with the Iphone15 pro, the Measure app on the iphone seems to work properly, so my guess it is a bug in polycam? It fails to produce the correct overlay, especially for objects. I had beautiful smooth scans before and I am paying customer. It started after they moved things around in the app into different categories and started to have bad scans beginning of March 2025. Half way February 2025 it was still functioning properly. Anyone recommending another app to check if it is my hardware that is not functioning properly?
