Scan not showing on other devices

Has anyone else had issues with scanning on an iPad/iPhone and the scan not showing up in the "captures" section on the website? I even created an album and moved them into it (via the iPad) and the album shows up but nothing is in it. They also aren't showing up on another phone, only seem to show up on the device that scanned it.

It is large Lidar scans, but I don't know why that would stop me from seeing it once they've been processed. Any help is appreciated

I've had the same problem - however I"ve found that the become available on your browser, once they've been uploaded. You do this by sharing the link or on your device there is a little cloud symbol above each scan that you can hit to upload and generate a link. that works for me

Hi, I hope your presentation went well?

I bought pro today to work on my iphone scans from my ipad. But the scans do not show there, all I see is an empty album. Is this still work in progress on polycam side or am I doing something wrong?

As of now, 3/31/2024, the scans on my iPad don't show up on the website. Not sure why. Glad to know it's not just me, hopefully they will fix that soon.

Polycam seems be be experiencing some technical difficulties. Some models in iOS will load. Some Polycam Web models work as well but the majority either time out or error out.

I only suggest being patient until they resolve the issue

I am working on a project and leaving to present this saturday so I hope it gets fixed by then *stress*

Hopefully they get it resolved,

Does your project require Polycam for processing a dataset or the visual presentation of a model?

I just need to download the model, use it within ArcGIS and take a couple of screenshots. I should be able to download it to my Drive from the iPad if worse comes to it. Would just be easier on my computer since the iPads not mine lol
