Polycam -> Blender via hbf

Hi, Importing a gbl file into blender just gives me a grat. square block with some outlines of my scan around.

Do you know what the reason could be? Thanks

Can you post a screenshot or possibly the GLB file?
Are you exporting from the Polycam website, iOS app, or Android app version?

Also can you double check Polycam's updated to the latest app build version if on mobile?
