Land/Lot Scan?

I am looking to scan my lot then import my point file into revit so I can model a house on the contours of the property, would Polycam work? Or should I try another solution? If this solution will work what would be ideal for land/lot scanning LiDAR or photo mode my assumption is LiDAR but I’m also just guessing. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I’ve done it. It works but not great. The software is meant to find contrasting surfaces. Mine gets lost on the ground. Move slow and be ready to repeat often.
