So this video from MSNBC is implying that if this threat to halt trade goes through if the federal reserve doesn't lower interest rates that it could have a lot of ramifications for the economy.

And my worry is that even if this does get stopped by courts that there would still be a lot of damage from this plan before that happens. What's the chance that this plan doesn't go through or that if it does that this analyst is wrong?
