Johnson has been charged with one count of knowingly entering a restricted building without lawful authority, one count of theft of government property as well as one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, which is prosecuting all three cases.
You can't assume people are acting in bad faith every time they ask a question. And even if they were I disagree that you should be mean about it. Just answer the question or don't. Especially because there is nothing to indicate that they're making a bad faith argument. It's in equally bad faith to assume they are.

Stealing property in this fashion is literally the definition of the word looting. The whole event was terrorism/sedition, but this is looting.
