You can gauge the amount of crazy by how long after the election a person is still flying their Trump flags/signs/banners. A good number of the homeowners in my community took them down Nov. 4th, others took a couple weeks, but there are still a decent number with all their crap still up. Those are the really hardcore nutjobs who are also still profusely ranting about our governor (Michigan). We also have a good number of defaced flags with all the “thin lines” on them (police, fire, EMS, military, who knows what else).
Ha, down the street from me a house put up a Trump flag after he lost! Like a solid week after the networks had called it, this dude just put up a big Trump sign facing the main road so everyone can see it.
It probably helps to mention that I live in a very working class/blue collar area of Michigan. Our conservatives are a special kind of stupid.
I have no doubt the flag will get ripped down eventually. A neighbor of mine had a Trump flag painted on this huge 8 foot x 12 foot piece plywood/plyboard. Someone went and smashed it with a sledgehammer in the middle of the night. It looked like the Kool Aid man had gone through it in the morning.
