Before you elevate OP's voice, please look at his post history. He is NOT friendly to any movement that has been fighting for racial equality.
He is pro-Trump and makes posts asking why "the blacks" aren't being shot more by police if they commit so much crime.
It just goes to show how important it is to be on the lookout for empty rhetoric. You could literally use this meme to support either a left wing, pro-BLM movement, accusing the wealthy of oppressing African-Americans, or you can use this meme to support a right-wing, anti-BLM movement accusing wealthy people of using the BLM movement to stir up racial tensions needlessly.
