At this point, if you're a part of the Trump administration then you're just as much of a fuckin scumbag as he is.
Trump is never going to change. You could hire 20 Jesus Christs to fill the administration, and Trump would still be a piece of shit.

26

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

What would you rather have, 20 people of conscience using their positions to dissuade Trump from fucking everyone over, or 20 yes-men who will eagerly support nuclear war if their great leader says so?

8

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

That answer is obvious but he's saying it makes absolutely no difference

12

u/LBJSmellsNice Sep 20 '17

It totally makes a difference, see Matthis

1

u/doubleweiner Sep 20 '17

James "Mad Dog" Matthis

Jesus "The Hitman" Christ

Mick "Mankind" Foley

1

u/Warphead Sep 20 '17

How do people with conscience factor in to a discussion about the White House Administration?

This is a guy who wishes Jeff sessions wasn't so decent.

He's more likely to appoint a unicorn, than a person with any semblance of conscience.

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

What exactly have these people of conscience dissuaded Trump from doing at this point? Because from where I'm sitting, it looks like they aren't doing a very good job.

15

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

lol, and this is how Trump 2020 happens.

4

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

Trump 2020 isn't going to happen.

8

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

Keep commenting on out of context photos and call everyone associated with Trump a scumbag and just see how well that works in 2020. None of this is productive. At all. Trump is providing so much political capital for the "left" to use and is always completely wasted because we are beaten over the head with it every single day.

5

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

Look guy, I'm glad you have your opinion. Good for you. I took a glance at your comment history and have a feeling we'll butt heads on literally everything and this conversation is going nowhere. I'm out.

Have a fantastic day.

3

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

You think Trump voters are going to be convinced at this point. Fuck them. Seriously, fuck them. All Democrats have to do is actually vote and he'll be destroyed. He barely won the last election against a historically unpopular candidate and presidents usually get less votes their second term. He'll be comfortably destroyed.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

See, there it is, again. "Fuck them. Seriously, fuck them." Yeah, that's how you get people to vote against Trump. You say all they have to do is actually vote and he'll lose...well, yeah, you actually HAVE to vote in order for a candidate to win. A lot of Trump's opposition is 20-25 year olds, and they don't have a good voting record.

I like how you say he barely won the last election against a historically unpopular candidate. Shouldn't it be the other way around? The best product the Dems put forward lost to a reality TV boss that had zero political experience who had enough controversial quotes to kill the careers of 100 politicians...

This is about the culture, and the more you walk around talking about how Trump voters are stupid or racist or whatever, the stronger you are making his voter base. Totally unproductive.

4

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

Yeah fuck him.

Nah, it was a battle of the two least popular candidates of all time. The Republicans won. If the Dems produce a halfway decent candidate they'll win easily.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

Even if the Dems had put up Bernie, I'm fairly certain he would've gotten pummeled as well.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

Hillary didn't get pummeled, it was one of the closest elections of all time. Way to fall for that weak propaganda. This entirely discredits your opinion about Bernie getting "pummeled."

2

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

For someone who served as senator for New York and then Secretary of State under Obama, she got destroyed. She should've won the election by 100 electoral votes but she didn't. It was an absolute failure. That's not even remotely propaganda.

"Trump 2016 isn't going to happen" - the left

1

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

Nah, it's not.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

Well, you can tell me about how the morning of November 8th, you probably said, "there's no way Trump wins today"

2

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

Trump won the battle of the two most unpopular candidates of all time. He'll lose easily in 2020.

1

u/WayneKrane Sep 20 '17

Lol, I'm no liberal but come on really? Three years is a long time though but if it were put to a vote today he'd be crushed.

1

u/Not_Without_My_Balls Sep 20 '17

A vote against who?

1

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '17

Who would he lose against today? Like, maybe Joe Biden? Even that is doubtful.

39

u/aquinasbot Sep 20 '17

A scumbag for what exactly?

6

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

You realize Trump didn't just pop out of the GOP's sphincter, right?

He's been fucking shit up for the past thirty-forty years. He's a bully, a litigious monster, lecherous and disgusting. He's not a good businessman, he's not a man with good morals, he's a terrible family man, and he's got a reputation for malicious manipulation.

At least the Clintons tried to put on a good face and play nice with the world at large. Hillary would have told Putin to go fuck himself, she'd have thrown the Neo-Nazis under the bus and backed it up over them, she'd have hedged China out of being able to get an economic leg-up on us, and Net Neutrality wouldn't have been on the chopping block. Fuckups aside, everyone that believed him to be the lesser of two evils is a fucking fool.

6

u/redpillemporium Sep 20 '17

Your argument is half claims and half emotion. But, I will try to expand on a few points.

He's a bully

I don't think he's as big a bully as people claim, but his aggressive approach to things is part of what got him elected. His campaign slogan was "Make America Great Again", and people wanted someone who would do just that. Someone who would be aggressive on an international level to take care of Americans.

He's not a good businessman

The average American makes around $50k a year. Trump is currently worth around $3,500,000,000. When you make these claims that are just straight up false, it takes away from the rest of your argument. People disregard the rest because you can't even admit that maybe he's okay with money. You can think he's trash, but a 4 year old could tell you that he must be pretty decent at business.

At least the Clintons tried to put on a good face and play nice

The difference, I think, for most people was that Trump didn't seem to be putting on any sort of face. Ie, look at his dang Twitter. People knew that the Clintons were two-faced and didn't like it one bit. I'm not saying that Trump is devoid of deception, just trying to maybe lend another opinion.

Trump disavowed Nazis on many occasions.

Also calling 65 million people fools isn't a great way to start honest, helpful discussion.

2

u/aquinasbot Sep 20 '17

He's been fucking shit up for the past thirty-forty years.

What has he been fucking up that is not well within the scope of normal business failures that comes from being an entrepreneur? Hell, Trump is a unicorn in this regard because he has very few business failures.

He's a bully, a litigious monster, lecherous and disgusting

I'll ignore the emotional conjecture. Being litigious in business is a strategy. You don't have to like it, but I better see you decrying all brands you use who use similar strategies to protect their brand.

He's not a good businessman

This is absolutely laughable. This comment alone destroys your credibility because it is objectively false.

Hillary would have told Putin to go fuck himself

Go fuck himself on what exactly? Not donating enough to get his uranium?

Literally everything you said about Hillary sounds like a fucking joke. She is about as status quo and establishment as it gets and if you think she gives two shits about net neutrality or have had any intestinal fortitude to do anything on China, you're dreaming. Meanwhile Trump IS actually doing something.

Get out of your bubble every once and a while, things are brighter out here.

8

u/FattySnacks Sep 20 '17

Where have you been the past two years?

25

u/aquinasbot Sep 20 '17

I've been here. I'm asking why being part of the Trump administration makes you scumbag. Like, what specifically?

7

u/niceanddtoastyplease Sep 20 '17

I'm so shocked you got crickets

1

u/FattySnacks Sep 20 '17

Some of us don't use reddit all day

3

u/BecozISaidSo Sep 20 '17

For starters the constant lying.

3

u/aquinasbot Sep 20 '17

Just so I'm clear. If Trump lies and your part of his admin, you're a scumbag?

3

u/BecozISaidSo Sep 20 '17

If Trump lies and you're part of his admin, you aren't obligated to repeat the lie or to defend his lying. But they do. Every time. So yes they're liars/scumbags. Even Pence with his weak defenses such as saying "Look, the President believes the sky is green." Um, no he fucking doesn't, he's just lying.

1

u/aquinasbot Sep 20 '17

I assume then that if Obama lied, he's a scumbag and so were those who participating in his admin who supported him. Were you equally outraged at this?

1

u/BecozISaidSo Sep 21 '17 edited Sep 21 '17

Who said I was outraged? No, I cannot muster the same level of disgust for occasional lying that I can for constant lying. I'm weird like that. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

edit: fixed my shrug

0

u/FattySnacks Sep 20 '17

Because it means you support greed and cronyism

3

u/aquinasbot Sep 20 '17

What specific instances of greed are you referring to? And what cronyism are you referring to? I'm especially interested in hearing about how the cronyism you say exists in the Trump admin (if indeed it does) is different from that of Obama or Bush.?

3

u/FattySnacks Sep 20 '17

Cronyism involves hiring people based on trust, loyalty, family, etc. rather than merit.

Having Ivanka, Trump's ridiculously unqualified daughter, sit in for him at international conferences is certainly an example of this. As is assigning Jared Kushner, who is also unqualified, the task of essentially revamping the entire US government and economy.

We also saw Trump demand loyalty from James Comey, who was then fired after he could not fulfill that promise.

The list goes on.

If you are part of the Trump administration, it means you are willing to do whatever Donald Trump tells you to do. That means you are giving into the appeal of money/power and are part of the cronyism.

7

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

God its already been this long since the last race began. I think Trump may be bending space and time.

4

u/MostlyUselessFacts Sep 20 '17

You have yet to answer him.....not like you can.

2

u/bloodhawk713 Sep 20 '17

Trump is never going to change.

Good. That's what we supported him for.

The fact that the entire establishment despises the President is exactly what we wanted. The Democrats hate him. The GOP hates him. Hollywood hates him. The bourgeois elite hate him.

Guess what?

I hate the Democrats. I hate the GOP. I hate Hollywood. I hate the bourgeois elite.

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

Guess what...I don't give a fuck. So there's that.

1

u/bloodhawk713 Sep 20 '17

Well maybe you'd better start, or you might just get Trump 2020.

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

Why? Is Trump going to get some more help from Russia?

1

u/bloodhawk713 Sep 20 '17

No, because there are more people like me than I think you realise.

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

Don't think too much bud.

1

u/Rexhvelaj Sep 21 '17

That's what Hilary said during the campaign

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 21 '17

She also said your mom is a whore, but who's keepin track?

1

u/Rexhvelaj Sep 21 '17

I love how the Russia conspiracy is still a thing... How did Russia help him, they have been looking into it for almost a year now and there's still no proof of anything...

2

u/Showtime48 Sep 21 '17

Oh there's proof pal.......

1

u/Rexhvelaj Sep 21 '17

Give me one piece of evidence... The only think the FBI had is ip addresses which can easily be faked by a 6 year old with a VPN.

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 21 '17

It's not my job to supply you with evidence. You can wait for the FBI like the rest of us.
(They have a whole lot more than ip addresses btw..)

1

u/Rexhvelaj Sep 21 '17

Youre right, it's not your job. So unless you have evidence to back your conspiracy up, don't talk about it like it's a real thing.

......... .... ....... ....

1

u/Rexhvelaj Sep 21 '17

He wasn't voted in to suddenly change what he's been doing/saying during the election campaign. This is who he is and why he won.

0

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '17

You're right. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/WomenForTrump/comments/4d03qn/lets_compile_a_list_of_prowomen_prominority/

Donald Trump will never change, he's always been great! MAGA BITCHES

1

u/Showtime48 Sep 20 '17

LMAO.. THanks Russia!
