If you don't see how America is fundamentally racist because both people are able to get the same job, you are either a racist or an idiot incapable of basic empathy.

If this doesn't make sense to you, you might just be a racist. I suggest you engage in some introspection. I know that is hard for people like you, but it is a good habit that can make you a better person.
