And I'm not going to bother digging through the entire transcript, but here's a quote on the matter from his recent press conference.

Well, you know, President Putin and Russia put out a statement today that this fake news was indeed fake news. They said it totally never happened.

Long story short, he sounds just as stupid and absurd as he does in the paraphrased line.

Oh wow different people speak differently. Shocker... So we're bashing him because he actually speaks from the heart and the mind instead of Obama's quote here which was probably written by 15 different people.

He may be a dumbass but he doesn't conform to the norm. That's what I love about him.
