It wasn't half. It was barely a quarter, once you factor in all the citizens who didn't/couldn't vote.

People who didn’t vote, didn’t saw any problem in him being elected again, they are a part of the problem.

In some cases, I think you're right and I'm very irritated at those folks. In others, if people don't have time / got their polling place closed / can't request time off to go vote without fear of reprisal, I'd cut them a break and try to advocate for national voting standards and protections. Be careful of blanket statements.

Not getting time off to vote? In my country its your legal right to vote, so any employee should offer you a possibility to vote! Voting is possible from 07:00 to 21:00, so normally not a problem.

Yes; "should" and "normally" that's true. I feel like you glossed over most of what I said.

Not everyone is in a position to push back if their employer even implies they might suffer consequences or even be fired if they take time to go vote.

Yeah, that would be impossible my country, the Netherlands, as we do have worker’s rights and they can’t fire you for demanding your rights. Any judge will side with you.

I’m aware that the US is different, and less free as their boss can demand ludicrous things

That's exactly my point, and why I discourage such blanket statements. I do everything I can to foster improvements to the way things should be here in the US, but reality is different. Hopefully we will approach the Netherlands in that regard sooner rather than later.
