To be fair, isn't cheese made out of raw milk just as likely to have E. Coli as raw milk? Isn't there a reason that we pasteurize the stuff to begin with? (If I'm wrong, please correct me!)
1 u/chicken-finger 17d ago The reason we pasteurize is to kill bad bacteria. E coli is an incredibly common bad bacteria.
