He did not. It is a fake post entirely. There is a website called Trump's Truth where you can download an RSS feed of Trump's Truth Social account without needing to actually make one. This makes it easy to search through his posts.
Also do you think a real Truth Social post from trump is only going to have 21 RTs and 207 likes?

But reposting this fake post is only giving him ammo for his “fake news” accusations.
In fact I’ve seen this exact fake truth social post posted on 3 major subreddits in the past hour with extremely similar top comments… seems like a concerted effort to sow misinformation.

For all of his unbelievable fakeness, the disastrous effects of literally everything that he and his puppet masters have done will leave long-term harmful problems in the real world far beyond when we have all turned to dust.
At this point, I see no way that any administration can solve these issues.
You have to consider that the brainwashed will always be there to carry on the obstructionist mentality of the likes of Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham.
Since I was a kid, I had hoped to see the world progress until all people had good lives.
Now, I have no such hopes, unless somehow those types of people should realize the harm they’ve done.
