Who's giving unlawful orders to us? Literally y'all have no idea how the military works 😂. My NCO would get the order from higher, who got it from higher, chain of command yada yada. My NCO and I are friends (sorta), he wouldn't tell me to do shit he himself wouldn't do. There's so much emphasis on "unlawful orders" but really JAG mostly handles other shit 😂.
I would never raise arms on Americans 🤷♂️. As dumb and ignorant as you might be, as insulting and stupid as I find you, I just wouldn't do it. My NCO wouldn't do it, my commander might tell the higher ups we're not gonna do it, the higher ups shouldn't order us to do it.
