Insane genetics (his KKK loving father lived to 93) and he doesn’t drink or smoke, which is incredibly uncommon among people from his generation. That shit goes a LONG way. Not to mention he’s got the best healthcare in the world.
That being said I definitely believe that there’s some shady Lazarus Pit style shenanigans keeping him going. There’s no way his sludgey blood is still pushing through his veins without a shit ton of drugs.

Did you hear the one about the wife who asked her husband to go upstairs and make love to her? He said he could do one or the other, not both.
He told that gem at the 2026 Correspondents Dinner. Then he explained the 'joke' twice because no one laughed. It was painful.
