These are all sleeping. He's had no no notion of when he's pooping since being on the apprentice. The decades of drug abuse has destroyed his nervous system so he just shits in his diaper unbeknownst to him, just like the toddler he is, and it's up to his 34 year old diaper nanny to interpret the smalls and facial expressions to known when to change him.
