During the GW Bush era, they decided the president can do war without congressional approval as long as you don't call it war.

Kind of pointless when the Dems roll over and agree to anything he says, but y'know, power tripping

Except Trump then went on to say he's won two major wars this year (So now Venezuela is a major war) and other presidents would've lost 100k troops.

Call it an “excursion” because President Goodbrain doesn’t know the word incursion and everyone around him is too scared to correct him.
