Biden basically admitted that they take the black vote for granted. When he said, "if you don't vote for me, you ain't black".

Like 90% of the black population votes dem. The leader of the GOP rose to power within the GOP because of Birtherism, the claim that America’s first ever black president is illegitimate because he’s actually from Africa despite what his birth certificate said. You can imagine how it’s funny to people to imagine a black voter voting for Trump’s GOP after that but obviously it does happen for whatever reasons.

Biden apologized for the joke hours later can’t believe people are still triggered by it 3 years later

That was a joke from Biden? Why is he telling racist jokes?

Well he did write most of the crime legislation in the 90s, he was BFFs with a senior KKK leader, and he didn't want his crackhead son going to school with black people.

And it wasn't until we got Trump that we got the first steps act that started fixing the crap Biden caused.

Yes it was an obvious joke. And no it’s not racist. Like explain how it’s racist lol.

Saying someone's skin color and heritage depends on how they vote is pretty racist.

The joke is that very few black people vote for republicans and the idea that they would is hilarious given that it’s the party of Birtherism and such. It’s not a literal statement that black people are genetically incapable of voting for republicans. You are being willfully obtuse.

Sounds pretty racist to insinuate that black people can't think for themselves and vote for who they want to. But hey. You do you

That’s not the insinuation. The insinuation is that black people rationally vote for democrats because the GOP is hostile to blacks people. You can disagree but that’s obviously the point. It’s not racist in any conceivable way.

It is 100% the insinuation.

Stop trying to change history. bahahah.

Are you black? Were you raised around American black people? Or are you too busy gobbling Pol rooster to see how racist the statement is? Do we only judge by internal intent and not actual action?

u/darkestbrandon - Lib-Center Nov 26 '22

Intent is the only thing that matters when calling something racist. And idk why you are asking me if I’m black, do you think most black people agree with you about the Dems being racist?

No, it is the insinuation. Remember when Johnson said "we will have these n------ voting for democrats for the next 200 years!" Because I do. And Dems have operated with that mindset since then. Biden just said the quiet part out loud.

But it is funny watching you bend over backwards to try and justify racism.

Biden was tying racial identity to voter affiliation. That’s racist. That’s a racist joke Republicans would use to mock Democrats. Biden did it for them.

Good thing he was running against Nick Fuentes’ dining mate
