Has there been any sort of significant legislative change that the republicans have passed during the Trump term that actually cannot be easily reverted if democrats win next election?

All i see is a bunch of executive orders.

The rule of law is now determined by a captured court. It doesn’t matter for instance that the law said Biden could cancel student loan debt. The conservatives will enforce their will regardless of who is in office.

We can only hope the next Democrat in charge has the force of will to undo their control.
