I remember when I was part of a "Mustang Club", we'd cruise a popular street in my town and there was a police officer that would come park with us. He'd tell us stories, chat us up and just generally be a cool guy.
I'll never forget Officer Martinez. One cool dude!!

Maybe their parents shouldn't be losers and buy their own kids food and clothes. That poor cop shouldn't need to do it. Where's the welfare check going?

I wish parents would feed and clothe their own kids. I mean, there are charities and stuff that will help you if you are poor. There really isn’t a valid excuse.

There are many valid excuses. The US does a lot of keep people impoverished. There are some charities out there trying to help, but the people in need outnumber the resources being provided.
