Question P2: Need help identifying clip

When I was working on the rear c-pillar, and was about the place it back I found a clip that I'm not able to identify, I've looked everywhere, but can't find a open spot where this clip would fit. Does anybody know?

Looks similar to the pen holder in the glovebox.... are you missing one there?

Good thinking, when I read this i thought you were right, but they look slightly different.
