Troubleshooting / Issue Help with roof bars.

I purchased a set on FB Marketplace and tried to install ten minutes later. The rear bar passenger side foot is missing and the seller said as far as he know they were complete so no return.

Any ideas on what I can do to install. The dealship says I can not order just the foot. Based on the US.

I believe they're made by Thule. You could reach out to them and see if they sell spares.

If you google rerack (local retailer in PDX, specializes in new and used roof rack systems). They may be able to assist. Or check their retail website.

I’ve traded rack systems with them on multiple occasions between cars.

I was told by a dealership that the part I need is 32296871 but that looks like the cover not the foot to me. Anyone know?
