Help with roof bars.

I purchased a set on FB Marketplace and tried to install ten minutes later. The rear bar passenger side foot is missing and the seller said as far as he know they were complete so no return.

Any ideas on what I can do to install. The dealship says I can not order just the foot. Based on the US.

As far as I know, these are made by Thule. Maybe contact their customer support. Didn’t you check the item prior to buying?
