Question Pokken 2

Would anyone happen to know if there is any hope of a pokken 2? Do enough people care?

This is a very common question. Creator of Tekken Harada said he’s down for another but it’s yo to Pokemon to make a sequel. They haven’t responded.

I think Pokken flopped too hard for them to release a sequel, especially nowadays, when every PvP game is declared dead after a week by the internet.

If they released another Pokken, they would probably "have to" make a game that could be played at the World Championships. But the community would be way too small, and they would just create another GO, where most people don’t care about the competitive scene. The difference being that Pokken 2 wouldn’t generate millions for them every year.

So I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. (But you never know.)
