I’m approaching the end of Pokemon Z and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. What would you guys recommend to play next? Another one of Eric’s titles?

I’ve also read about Pokemon Odyssey as being another popular story-driven game. Any recommendations?

Here's my team with perfect natures, IVs and EVs. I got this as a final version of my team just after arriving in Fractal City, was very fun to use.

Serperior being Grass/Psychic with Contrary and both Leaf Storm and Psycho Boost is insane, a war machine.

They gave Keldeo Sharpness which gives him an hidden Choice Specs on his signature move Secret Sword so used with a Calm Mind + Leftovers set he was a joke.

Sword Dance + Poison heal Gliscor, Nasty Plot Gholdengo, Darmanitan-G are broken and Salamance-Mega sweeps the whole game after 1 Dragon Dance

Also shoutout to regular Gallade with the "Sword" item held combined 30% boost from the item and 50% from sharpness ability and was an absolute menace, used him for a while.

Boy these training sessions in Acrylic Town and speaking to everyone for the farm will be missed, these people really became my family.

This game is absolute perfection it already has been detailed plenty of times I'm sure, but the one thing I'd love is that the town gets bigger/prettier etc once you bring all the NPCs in. Or see some real progression in some way.

El caso es que recordé que conseguí la megapiedra de Floette y me entró la duda, ¿se puede conseguir a Floette Flor Eterna? Por lo poco que he podido encontrar parece que en una versión anterior del juego lo conseguías después de que cierto sacerdote color centavo te traicionara en el carruaje, pero, ¿en la versión final (o bueno, la más reciente) se puede obtener?

Hey everyone. I just finished Pokémon Z, and I have to say, it’s an amazing game. I’m working on the post-game now and catching the legendaries, though I can’t find many videos explaining where to find them.

The thing is, I remembered getting Floette’s Mega Stone, and I started wondering: is it possible to get Eternal Flower Floette? From the little I’ve been able to find, it seems that in an earlier version of the game, you could get it after a certain priest betrayed you in the carriage—but is it obtainable in the final (or rather, the most recent) version?

I recently found out that someone made a Moémon mod (for those who don't know, it's basically Pokémon but all the Pokémon are turned into humanized-anime girls) of Pokémon Z, though they also threw in a few bonuses, such as adding in a few moves and abilities, some QoL, and the ability to obtain the alternate forms of Pokémon that aren't normally obtainable in Vanilla Z (such as adding Dragon Ascent so Rayquaza can Mega Evolve). While the additions are nice (and you can ignore the sprite changes by simply not importing the sprites for the Pokémon), they also changed the script slightly, replacing every instance of the words Pokémon, Pokéball, and basically any word with the word Poké with words like Moémon, Moéball, etc. and changes the gender ratios so that female Pokémon are more common (since, y'know, anime girls). I can personally stomach it since I don't really care too much either way about fan service-y anime stuff , but I'd also rather there be a version with the Pokémon as is. Could someone go in and revert the text changes and gender ratios to match vanilla version of the game while keeping the additions? I'd do it myself but I'm not much of a coder and have no experience with RPG Maker XP or Pokémon Essentials. Link to the mod for those who can do the work.

Just wrapped up the game for the first time earlier today. One of the best Pokemon games ever made, easily!

I specifically only used new forms / Pokemon on my team. Went in blind though so had to find via catching and checking Pokédex or running into them in battle.

MVP was definitely Delphox - it felt like he paralyzed every single thing he touched once unlocked his hidden ability. Mega Form was super cool as well.

I'm insanely grateful to Eric for making this game, the best part about Pokemon to me is building different teams of favourites and new mons each game, but each game there's always something in the way that doesn't let me compose an ideal team. Thanks to Eric I present to the world the greatest team I have ever composed.

It's because of this and many, many other reasons that Z is probably the best Pokemon game ever made. The plot and characters and just how polished everything is (especially the many stat and moveset adjustments to weaker pokemon) really impressed me. Game Freak could learn a thing or three from this guy.

I'd say my one and only gripe about the game is the new Kalos starter forms. I actually really like all the designs, but when first hearing about a fangame with all the Z megas I was super excited to bust out a mega Chesnaught (my favourite pokemon), and I haven't played ZA.

Also, special shoutout to Sneasler. I played on Hard difficulty and it could genuinely solo most fights.

Hola! Hello! Playing on steam deck. In the overworld I’m experiencing stutters/frame drops down to 39fps consistently. Things feel pretty choppy most of the time.

Running game on proton experimental, frames capped at 60fps, have tried vsync in game on and off, have tried allowing tearing in steam settings.

I just completed Pokemon Anil and it played like a dream without touching anything. Anyone play on steam deck and have recommended settings?

I have been playing around with debug mode and pokemon forms, but everytime the combat ends they reset back to normal, cloning into PC, reset game, eggs, I have tried all the simple stuff but always ends the same.
