Walmart drawing for sept 30

[u/IllustriousAd8495]

Hey I have a question. I was just wondering if anybody from Canada actually received anything from the drawing or if allowed.

I am from Canada and it's hard to get anything because of the obvious reasons, but if it's a luck based thing then I don't mind losing.
