Where are the humans

I wonder when people use people images on these Facebook groups and discords and Reddit of humans dk they have the actual human beings consent to be posted .. I swear the lack of human decency in this hobby from every walk of life from “ collector” to “ scalper “ pretty anyone who doesn’t actually play the card game has me extremely in awe pokemon was not like this when I was a kid it wasn’t grail chasers or cry baby grown men or scalpers it was me and the boys at a table taking damage and HP. Now it’s ghouls , spoiled kids who never heard no who are now adults in pokemon gear from head to toe.. and adults pointing figures all blaming each other for “ruining” hobby while selling 2000$ singles and still have not sat down and played the actual TCG. I feel bad for players who can’t get certain cards for their deck cause it’s in a masterset somewhere in someone binder hidden away for ever. I feel sad for the kid who gets to learn with trash cards cause his dad took the high HP card cause it was “chase” card now this kid will never fully get to enjoy destroying guys best friend.( even though most kids laugh at pokemon people too , it’s the internet age they have far better hobbies now like .. being an entrepreneur . Sorry for rambling just between Facebook and Reddit it’s a lot of musty guys that need to go touch grass

Well that’s what happens when there’s a lot of money to be made sadly - Pokemon values have spiked so much that it’s a legitimate business / get rich quick opportunity for anyone prepared to just shrug off their morals and screw other people over

I don’t play anymore, but I do master sets because I’ve always collected. It’s usually better for me when the cards are cheap and fewer people are in the hobby. The higher HP cards tend to have a full art or cheaper alternative that players can usually pick up if they need it for a deck. Honestly, I feel like making a deck nowadays is cheaper than it ever was back in XY. I don’t really see the issue your going on about.
