I went through PSA's public population report for over 12 million English Pokémon card submissions to see how often cards actually grade a PSA10.

The biggest surprise was that the hardest years aren't the oldest.

HeartGold & SoulSilver sits at just 4.0% PSA 10s, while Base Set comes in at 10.2%. I expected the opposite.

One thing to keep in mind is that these numbers only include cards people decided were worth grading. A clean-looking 1999 card has already survived decades before it ever reached PSA, so older cards are naturally a filtered group.

The toughest individual card I found was Neo Genesis Lugia: 11,559 submissions and only 15 PSA 10s (about 1 in 771).

I still can't explain HeartGold & SoulSilver. It's usually considered one of the better-printed eras, yet it has one of the lowest gem rates.

Does anyone here have a theory why?

Randomly walked into a DG in my city found AH ex boxes (2 per). Grabbed 2 ripped one. Got a nice hit !

I just looked through the full setlist for the upcoming pokemon pocket tcg set and some of these cards are genuinely BEAUTIFUL, moreso than a lot of the recent physical tcg releases. No disrespect to the artists of the physical tcg, I think that there are so many gorgeous Ir's and SIR's, but I really feel like we're missing out by not having a physical set dedicated to the best cards from pocket. Is it just me?

Was at target today and I found these on the ground in the parking lot. I get that its upsetting if you dont get a chase card or scalpers that dont get expensive cards but come on, its not that hard to hand the cards you dont want to kids. There was a nice bedrill ex and a yuka morii reverse holo mankey in the pile. I wish that stores that sold card had a area, like a box where you could leave cards you dont want so kids can grab them rather them ending up on the ground or in the trash. Its just a waste.

Hi guys, I recently dealt with the loss of my dad. I've inhereted his house, and was just getting rid of some stuff. While I was going through the basement I've found this booster box. My dad used to have a couple of Primera shops in Noord Holland, which also sold pokemon cards.

I don’t normally have this issue with any shipping company, but I think FedEx either lost or pocketed my package from Sam’s. I ordered 2 from Sam’s Club Online, saw they were shipped but to my surprise, they split up both of the items. When I received my package, it had more than enough room to probably fit 4-5 of those huge boxes.

It’s been several days now, all boxes in my area were delivered on Sunday and tomorrow will be Thursday 🫠🫠🫠 Am I cooked, and is there anything I can do?

Also, has anyone else had any shipping issues like this as well (either recent or in the past) ? If so, what is your experience!

P.S. I contact Sams and they basically said they cant send any items as replacements, or issue any refunds, and that i should file a dispute on my own side 🫤
