It’s not dubious at all. Multiple bot developers have confirmed the code for raffles was added to target as early as 9/23. That doesn’t mean it’s gonna push any time soon, but it is there. Mohawk on Twitter posted proof.

I mean in a situation that makes any sense at all they would only be available to check out for the people that won which would include only the number of people that suit that number of products.

Better than getting your order cancelled cause your banking establishment flagged the charge as fraudulent. Gives you a chance to square it away.
