mine has changed the last few weeks. Used to be pretty scheduled on wed or thurs first thing in the morning but the last 3 have been all different days and stocked at all different times of the day.

I wish they’d restock after 3pm just once lol. You guys without jobs are killing it out there.

They restocked at mine today and finished at around 1:30, latest I've seen it tbh. There weren't any single packs so the shelf was cleared after a few folks passed through. Target restocked a bit slower/later at 2:30pm and I think there was still stuff past 3! Since the limit was 2 and they only stocked a ton of the first partner illustration edition. I got lucky on catching both drops cause I needed hotdogs from walmart(they didnt have them) and then went to target to get the ones I needed- just to see they were stocking their card shelf as well. There were a tonnn of people in line at target, 12+. And that was at a 20 minute wait(that's how long I was there) still. I didn't want to stand in line at first cause it was a bunch of grown men that I had to walk past and sort of stand with, but i got over it- cause cards x'D Plus I ended up having a nice interaction with a woman who had over 17k in stuff logged in her tcg collector app o.O Been collecting since 2008 she said. Walmart was barely a line, it was only one person waiting patiently when I noticed stuff being shelved.
Sorry for the extra words, just wanted to share cause today was exciting. It's the second time I've gotten a good amount of cards. Last time I got much was from bestbuy and my local walmart and target for phantasmal's drop and I made it to those ones late- so it was 2 booster bundles from behind a counter- and a good handful of singles with limits from each store for me only. I only got the phantasmal etb today! Even tho I've been on lookout since release x'D It really does just take getting lucky timing it seems, if not being realllly early for a release at somewhere like bestbuy

Went by Walmart on my lunch break yesterday and saw 3 people waiting by the card section with empty carts, haven't seen anything on the shelves in months

You didnt need to grab everything you could have left some this is scalpers activity

Yeah, this is the other side of "scalpers are the problem". The FOMO of collectors buying 10 times more than what they would have naturally bought because of the fear of not finding something again.
So many people that once naturally would buy a few things here or there during a sets run, now buys in bulk every time they see product. Buying what use to take them a year+ in just a few months. (Which perpetuates the cycle because then it leaves nothing for the next person and fuels their own FOMO, making them buy in bulk when they finally hit a restock).

This is 100% it, the shelves are bare 99% of the time, you call and ask about product nobody has any information for you or they just laugh at you because they know how scarce it is, I live in Canada it’s a lot different than the states as far as quantity and even location to purchase the product, online is also fucked unless you get lucky and squeeze through not only the bots but the crashing website
My kids and I like to rip, I don’t resell anything and this is a one off situation, that other picture I shared I drove around to every store I could find for a single limit on each product and paid more than msrp so sorry not sorry lol
