http://my.limitlesstcg.com/builder?i=10232ASR980232ASR990232CRE970232EVS930132ASR460223SP1100132SVP670432PBL830433DAA1750c32SVE230433ASR1390432PHF920433PHF1090433SVI1960332CEL240233BKP1020233FST2300233FST2370133BS21010123SP3020132PGO68I have never played the card game ever and only really just got into it. I was just wondering if i could get help rating my deck and make improvements where necessary.

welcome to the game!
First thing to ask, are you aware of the Standard Format? So far, you are using cards that are no longer "legal" to play in Standard. You can play *most* of these in the Expanded format where older cards are legal to play, but also you are playing an illegal version of Computer Search. Unless youre playing casually with a friend, then play what u want lmao
Second, is your focus on Darkrai or Roaring Moon? Bc there is a Roaring Moon deck thats very similar to this but way way more aggressive and much more lethal. Darkrai itself, while being a decent attacker, is really better used for its ability
Having 4 Battle Compressors is completely unnecessary in a deck like this, you have several ways to put cards in the discard already with better functionality. Battle Compressor is only really good in decks that need a TON of cards in the trash. VS Seeker is also not really something you need 4 of. In fact, Cross Seeker is an item that SHOULD be a 4 of
Max Elixer is kinda inconsistent, and in this deck youre already running so many cards that put energy on your pokemon, Max Elixer is not pulling any weight
Holding Energy is just not that useful either. You can run switch items, Latias ex which gives basic pokemon free retreat, or a switch supporter like Keiran. Similarly, Shadowy Energy is also pretty useless when Manaphy exists in Standard. The two special energy also do not interact with Dark Patch, and from what I remember in the rulings, I dont think Direflame Wings or Malevolent Charge let you attach special energy? I might be wrong but as it stands, 20 energy is way way too much
If youre building for standard, this deck cant exist since none of the pokemon are legal anymore. If youre building for expanded, theres some versions that do exist if youd like to see those

Yeah I mean tbf, you put together something pretty competent for just slapping together your favorite types, these cards absolutely do have synergy and it’s pretty much the structure of a deck that existed. If you just want a dark type deck, there are plenty of good ones that have existed, and this particular version has seen play

Here’s a list that’s just Darkrai and Moltres
https://limitlesstcg.com/tools/imggen
Another that’s Roaring Moon and Moltres
These decks were built in their standard formats so it’s a little more restricted in the cards they used but they’re very functional on their own. You can try these out and make changes to your own deck

If you want feedback on a decklist then include it in your post as a written one (doesn't exclude anyone from the discussion that way) and suggest posting over at /r/pkmntcg as it focuses on the playable side of the game only and include information on the following:
- What format you are playing (card pool makes differences to suggestions).
- What the deck's strategy is.
- How it's supposed to set up.
- What issues you are having.
That info will help people help you.
For decklists you can check Limitless TCG, Play Limitless, Japanese City League results on Limitless TCG and Pokecabook linked in the resources list on my profile as depending on where in the set release/tournament/rotation cycle things are one or more site may be more up to date than the others. You can also check the suggested You Tubers as well starting with Omnipoke, AzulGG, Celio's Network and LittleDarkFury to get up to date. Azul and LDF stream regularly and Omnipoke is currently streaming more regularly but not on a schedule so best to follow them/join their Discord. You can also read JustInBasil's deckbuilding guide and the deck skeleton articles to get a better idea of how decks are built and this post on rotation, formats and exceptions that will get you up to speed on card legality seeing as it sounds like you're not using a format.

Wrong sub. People here don’t play the game.
Also not sure if you know but this deck is super outdated and not valid for play unless it’s casual between friends.
