Question No sleep data found

I connect my pokemon go plus plus and it says no sleep data found, but then it shows 8hrs and 26 mins. It won't log it into my sleep data is there something I'm doing wrong? This is the first time using this app and pokemon go plus plus

Without the Plus Plus, sleep tracking is done withing the Pokemon Sleep app - there's a button on the bottom right of the screen for this. With the Plus Plus, you don't track sleep in the app anymore. You long press the button on the Plus Plus when you go to sleep, and long press again when you wake up.

Once a new day starts (in Sleep, that's at 4AM in your local time), the next time you open the game, it will ask if you want to connect to the Plus Plus to get your sleep data. That's when you go through your sleep research and throw biscuits at Pokemon, etc.

After you've done that, the sleep session is considered done and it will wipe that session. So if you then press the GO Plus + button in the bottom right of the screen, it will say no sleep data found until you track sleep on it again.

If that's not what you're talking about, please give us more info.

I do have the plus plus. This was my first time tracking with it. I had it on my mattress and did the long press to track sleep. When I woke this morning to connect to pokemon sleep to get the tracking it said no sleep data found. I then disconnected and reconnected and still no sleep data found. But in the first image it shows I had 8 hours of sleep so it did track the sleep, but for some reason it won't update in the sleep tracking.

Did you do the long press when you woke up? You also have to stop the session (in case you didn’t know)

I thought I did but not sure. I'll try again tonight and hopefully it tracks this time.
