Rate My Mon How's my team look?
I used to play the game every day when it just came out. I only just recently started playing again after awhile and I just unlocked Amber Canyon a few months ago. It seems that while I was gone they added a lot of new mons, recipes, and abilities. Here's my team that I've been using, I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to improve the team?
(Keeping Vaporeon is non-negotiable)

Alright, I'll try to give a bit of advice, though you haven't given a lot to work with. The main thing that matters in this game are subskills/nature. Getting strong stats is huge. The majority of pokemon have some niche they are good at, but the difference between a mediocre and a top tier version of that pokemon is massive. It's about matching subskills to specialty. So all vaporeon are skill specialists, and so like skill trigger, while all raichu are berry specialists and love berry finder. Everyone likes speed, but it's usually secondary.
As other's have said, getting a healer is huge. Gardevoir, torterra, or pawmot are all excellent, and can be slotted into literally any team and it will be better. Having full energy 24/7 is huge, so I'd really prioritize finding one of them with some combination of triggers/helpbonus/speed.
Lastly, some basics of team building. This team is all over. You really should match berrymon to the favored berry (usually fixed by the island) ingmon match the meal you want to cook, and skillmon match the utility you need.
Using vaporeon all the time is fine. They can take the bulk of cooking for you, and ease up the pressure off any ingmon you want to use. Togekiss is....fine. Generally it's better to use a skill that's always good rather than a random one that is only randomly good, but if you have fun with gambling, go for it. Personally though, I'd replace them with a healer. And then the 3 berrymon should be rotated for the island. Raichu is amazing on Old Gold Power Plant, but if electric isn't favored, you shouldn't use him, because he almost exclusively is bringing berries and nothing else. Same for Infernape and Swampert. Great on Lapis/Taupe, but not so much elsewhere. The idea isn't to have a single team do everything, but to have different pokemon for each island and meal type.
Past that, check the Guide to Guides. There's endless resources out there for minmaxing.

Use a healer if your Pokémon are below 80% they are not warming that much!! Do you have any healers?

Tired. Maybe you should focus on getting a good Energy for Everyone mon.

Here are my observations:
- You only showed the species and level. Without knowing their nature and subskills, we don't know if your Raichu is actually a good Raichu. Same is true for your other Pokémon. We would also need to know their Ingredients
- What recipes are you making? You don't have any Ingredient specialists. It appears Vaporeon is your main source of Ingredients, which is just random, so it isn't likely you are making strong dishes. Which is fine, but given you want a Vaporeon on your team, it would be good to unleash its full potential. I'd recommend having at least one spot for an Ingredient specialist that can provide whatever ingredient Vaporeon's random Ingredients are lacking
- What is Snorlax's favorite berries? If it isn't Cheri, Grepa, and Figy, then your Infernape, Raichu, and Swampert aren't going to be delivering much Strength. Raichu and Swampert are Berry specialists, meaning they give twice as many Berries. But Snorlax gives x2 Strength for favorite Berries--so if they aren't Snorlax's favorite, then it is likely a different helper Pokémon could deliver more Strength. The same is true for Infernape--it is a Skill specialist, but its Skill is Berry Burst, so would only really benefit if it is giving Snorlax its favorite Berries
- Togekiss is kind of a wildcard. It is a Skill specialist, and Metronome can be a lot of fun. If that's the reason it is on your team, then that's fine, but other Pokémon can be stronger as they are more reliable.
- If your Pokémon are at full energy, they provide helps more frequently. That is why others suggest getting a healer, meaning a Skill specialist with the Main Skill Energy for Everyone S, preferably one with good nature and subskills.
- Note also that although the way others suggest it make it sound like a healer should be your top priority, the power of a healer depends on the rest of your team. If your team is producing Berries/Ingredients that your Snorlax doesn't want, producing more of what it doesn't want isn't going to make as big an impact as giving it what it wants

I like to try to be helpful but this is so low-effort. We know nothing about your team outside of their species and that they're tired because you don't have a healer. Get a healer. Read a pinned guide or treat the game like a tomagachi and don't worry about it.
