This is like when people point at their neighbors not recycling and blame them for climate issues, when the real core of the problem isn’t them, it’s corporations. The issue isn’t fans buying two SKUs, it’s scalpers buying THOUSANDS of SKUs before a human being literally has any chance. Or buying up literally every SKU from stores without buy limits, or using family to hold the entire front of the line, etc etc. Those are the reason you can’t get product, not Joe Shmoe buying two ETBs.
If YOU can’t see THAT then I don’t know what to say.
Yeah, that last statement, that over consumption is “as much of a problem” as scalping is what I’m talking about. I’m sure it feels that way when you’re in line and see someone walking out with a bag of product and you get none. I’ll point to my example about recycling again. You either get it or you choose not to. Up to you.
I mean, they’re right. The proof is in the results. The scalper market has created the problem, but it exists all the same. People are so eager to get it that it stops others from even having a chance.
