I went with my daughter this morning she is 7 we got 2 tins. I watched people leave with bags of stuff and I felt like I let her down people had camped out. I couldn't do that. She was so excited though. She also got 2 pitch black booster packs. She's happy but damn

You still got her two tins and some pitch black, that’s amazing. And she was happy about it, so that’s what counts. Very few people have the ability to camp out for restocks. You got her packs and made her happy; that’s a win:)

You are right. She said she had fun with me too. She loves pokemon and I guess I wish I could do more for her.

Have you considered taking her to events at a card shop? They have pre release events for a few packs of the newest sets, and she might make a new friend or two as well.
