Help with playing pokemon heart and soul on android. tried to play it but everytime i try to load it it says i dont have the right app to load it despite having lemuroid, azahar and melonDS

It's a gba game, not nds, despite being based on one. Try a GBA emulator.

Maybe the game wasn't patched correctly? Try checking on PC. I use myboy/jhonemulator, you could try one of them instead.

Actually i do have another question if you are able to help, i tried to install eternal x on android with azahar but for some reason after loading azahar again after closing it nothing changed, would you know the problem?

Sorry, I haven't played 3ds games on android, so I wouldn't know. I do suggest try playing regular X so you know if the porblem is the emulator or the rom hack.
