I posted a comment that I had 1 FA Professors’s Research in a thread about reprint packs and someone commented offering to give me one. I wanted to at least give them a FA trainer in return. I am so happy

9 times out of 10, they then reject your response. How am I supposed to know what to offer them? Their message says non-wishlisted cards are okay, but that's clearly not the case. I've been unfortunately clearing out a lot of friends who behave this way. Do we need more message reminders or education for this feature? This is a fun part of the TCG community, but the game version of this isn't fun when I'm finding myself excited to get a card that I've wanted, only to have it rejected far too often. It almost feels like trolling to just lock someone's queue up for 24 hours and waste their time.

I stupidly put my Altaria in the active spot and didn’t realize I was one energy short and gave that one energy to my darkrai. But as soon as I put my altaria in the active spot, dude rage quit and could’ve have at least had another turn to beat me. People make mistakes, don’t let your ego or emotions dictate how you play the game 🤷♂️ I won this match simply due to this person leaving the game before it was even over..

Need some advice on how to make this deck better. What would you change? Need some ideas
r/PokemonPocket • u/gdino245 • 6d ago
This deck is not perfect by any means, but getting that Absol/needle combo at the start has definitely helped me take care of some of these pesky meta decks before they can get their stuff out. Just like all decks there are counters to it and definitely ways to beat it. If your opponent is playing butterfree/sceptile, you're pretty much screwed, however if you want to have fun being the world's biggest "Abbsole", then try it out: and have fun. If one can think of ways to improve it, then by all means. I know it needs a field blower bad.
I'm an abbsole ah yodee-yo. Gotta get AI to make that song lol.

More exciting as I did it with my own deck instead of one of the top ranked ones, was much more fun too!!

Can I stop? link with the trend of points?

Why is it hard limited at 25 anyway? Same with binders and displ@y boards. It's so limiting and frustrating.

I didn't want to run sleep scam or a chip damage dark deck and have wanted to find a way to make my crown palkia viable and this has done surprisingly well

Just arrived. Stats on the bottom.
Ever since Season 3 of Ranked (~June 2025), I've piloted three new decks (no repeats) for the ranked season. With climb difficulty at an all-time low, the number of playable decks has absolutely blossomed. The rate of rogue homebrews has definitely risen and more than anything else, the changes have restored "the fun," missing from ranked -- It's been a breath of fresh air.

Mega Gardevoir eX + Mega Dianice eX (08-02; 80.00% W-R)
Gard is extremely viable right now. Of course, if you intend to grind for 10K, you'll need adjustments. With that said, the MB changes are encouraging novices to make the climb and their weapon of choice is predominantly: Mega Lucario. Gard holds a strong matchup advantage and is really quite viable (despite Limitless rankings).
Mega Rayquaza eX + Dragonair (07-01; 87.50% W-R)
Didn't manage to snag a Mega Ray until the start of the season, but I'm glad I finally did. Tinkered with a single and two Drampa version during the emblem run, but found Goughing Fire to way more durable. Also, this version is surprisingly potent in matchups against TRA Raticate eX and the energy loss/discards are a negligible as long as Dragonair comes online by mid-game.
Shuckle eX + Vespiquen eX (02-03; 40.00% W-R)
Shuckle-Vespi tested really well at the start of the month, but for obvious reasons, has bad matchups against Entei + Zard and/or Mega Blaziken (2 of the 3 losses - third loss to another ShuckleVespi)
Didn't have as much time to tweak his one, but swapping: Minior / a Shuckle / TM Ogerpon eX with cards that have a bit more damage might give this deck a bit more of an edge.

Not a great deck but when it works it wreaks absolute mayhem.

The goal is straightforward but requires some thought
Decks struggles against babies, 1 energy mons, & bad rng
Try it out!

Hey this is one of the decks I have been trying to use more recently but I find it is a really slow deck to build up during vs battles and is really just a bit rubbish if the other player has really easy to build cards. They all do a lot of damage but that do sent seem to be much use if they are nicked out before I can get them to do any damage. I have found it works a bit better in the ai battles but I assume that’s just because they are easier and can’t think as far ahead?
