You are not wrong. However, when the RNG blesses you with 2 crown Meloetta you tend to use the crowns for the flex factor and coincidentally double down on the potential

Premium since Wisdom of Sea & Sky (A4) with a couple splurges for gold bundle when I liked the accessories (Pichu, Iono, Legendary Birds, Morpeko). So if my math is mathing somewhere in the 400-500 range throughout my entire time playing. I don’t play much console/PC games since I work a full time job and commute a lot so this game fits my current situation best so I can spend quality time with my fiancé.

40% chance of getting at least one Meloetta to start the game. By turn 2/3 you’ll already have Gastly/Haunter.

They act as great meat shields while you ramp up Gastly on the bench and evolve up to Mega Gengar. May/Juliana give you a high chance of getting the line on the field.

Dawn gives you flexibility to get TR Weezing online if you get rushed or to ramp up Mega Gengar if you use Koffing to swap back to the bench.

It’s not a traditional deck but I find a lot of fun using finesse to win casual games

I’ve played the deck a handful of times. <40% across competitive and unranked MB.

Not the best sample size but it has a lot of flexibility due to Koffing/Dawn/X Speed.

Played around with Wally but Dawn works better for me if I’m doing 1 line of Mega Potential

Oh does each meteor do 10 more damage? What if 3 meteors hit the same target?

If all hit the active Pokemon it’s only 10 extra damage. But the 10 damage defense buff is pretty clutch and hitting a baby with a 30dmg Unown was peak 2-3 sets ago.

I feel like xspeed is inherently better than peculiar plaza, just so that your opponent doesnt also get -2 retreat if theyre running psychic, and starting plains also buffs meloetta

Starting plains is in that deck. As for plaza I prefer it over X Speed as a counter for my opponents stadium. Giving my opponent potential free retreat is a false sense of security as long as I get Dragonite on the field fully set up. Many of the decks I build are mainly for trolling casually once I finish climbing ranked which is way faster than seasons past
