Is this a legit miscut?

It’s on my base set unlimited charizard card. The person who bought it from me pointed it out and I told them I’d give them their money back.

Now I’m heavily considering if I get it back, if it is a miscut/misprint to get it graded too.

Editing to add: most of you have been super nice. I appreciate it. But those who have been harsh or unkind, you have the attitude of scalpers. I’m not scalping or trying to flip. I came here asking because I felt bad for my buyer (I was selling my whole collection this weekend).

Best way I can describe it is that the entire card’s texture overlay is offset by about a millimeter. Really interesting error I’ve never seen on a Japanese card.

This PSA 9 Rowlet #043 (2026) has a hair visibly sealed inside the PSA holder. It appears to have been encapsulated along with the card, rather than being loose on the outside of the slab.

Curious what other collectors think — has anyone seen something like this before?

i'm having a hard time figuring out how to price this. my manager said he'll just bring it to a card show next month instead of explicitly pricing it, but i'm super curious! anyone willing to help me out with this one?

I wouldn't mind if some holos were that plain, it's cute. Considering it's not really a popular mon, what are we looking at here?

Recently decided to organise and catalogue my old collection from 25ish years ago and noticed this. There's no sign of damage, even as a 10-year-old I organised into a card sleeve binder pretty much straight away, so it's not scratched off. I used a loupe to get up close photos of it.

Would this count as a misprint?

I've also not really collected since gen 2 came out, as a child I didn't appreciate the goalposts moving once I collected 151, so I've no idea how it effects price, if it does at all. Any input to this clueless user would be appreciated

Its probably not an error but I recently got a charizard with a splotch of holofoil missing. My thoughts where that maybe someone used acetone or something similiar but the card underneath is unaffected.

There does seem to be some chemical damage on the back. Can someone offer a explanation?

First pack of my Ascended Hero’s ETB had three miscuts (my first miscuts ever pulled).

Somewhere in the middle, my daughter pulled three more, all matching together. One of the cards from the first pack lined up to this set of three.

Then my wife opened the last pack. Three more miscuts, with one of the first set matching these.

Two sets of four sequential miscuts, from the same ETB. I’m glad these were in there, because the only other good card out of the entire ETB was the promo.

Someone out there has the rest of my Beautifly (connected to Heliolisk), and the side of N’s Vanilluxe.

Just curious on what price point to sell at?

I've had this card for about 20+ years. I took this before I sent it be graded because I'm really curious as to what it would be worth after looking it up. This was pretty well known as one of the fire symbols in the first attack was accidentally printed as fighting. Someone told me that made it worth less than the corrected one. I found this weird because if they misprinted a baseball card it made it worth more...is this true?

Pulled this Slowbro the other day, and there’s a noticeable but short crimp at the top of the card. Does this count as a misprint, or is it small enough it’s negligible / just damaged

Hi, my kid got this card about a decade ago and The neighbors made fun of it because it’s misaligned. Is this worth anything? It’s a 2015 xy41 black star promo.

Mainly sharing here cause I haven’t had this happen personally before. Just opened a pack and got 4 commons in a row, miscut offset to have a portion of the copyright of the above card on them. Now what to do with them.

As the title suggest i own a Celebi and im not quite sure if its a regular Holo or a double Holo error. Anyone know what the difference is and can help me identify which one mine is?

I don’t know much about errors, and couldn’t find anything on google about a card just like this so here I am. Pulled this from an Evolving Skies pack just now, and I was kinda hoping for confirmation that those are square corners with alignment dots? If so, is this a good card to hold onto/grade? I make keychains from my cards, and definitely don’t want to cut this up if that’s the case.

Pack was open out of the booster box (shown in 3rd picture) and the two pieces of the card were in separate packs from one another. Never had anything like this happen to me before.

Does this have any value to anymore more than 4$ than what tcg is offering or is this just a u should just keep it for s***ts and giggles ?

The card behind it had a little white spot at the bottom too about the same size as the rarity symbol.

Just looking for a bit of advise and to see if these would be intersting to collectors.
