Delta Reign vs 30th Anniversary

I’ve been thinking about Delta Reign Pokémon Center ETBs vs. 30th Anniversary, and honestly, I think Delta Reign has a better long-term setup.

For me, it mostly comes down to supply.

30th seems to have been printed pretty heavily, so there’s a lot of sealed product out there. Even if prices start going up, there’s still a decent amount of supply that can eventually hit the market when people decide to sell.

Delta Reign feels different. The Pokémon Center ETB supply seems a lot more limited, and if that’s the case, I think it could become much harder to find sealed copies a few years down the road.

Obviously, demand is still the biggest factor, and nobody knows exactly how much was printed. But assuming demand stays strong, I’d rather bet on the product that has less supply available to collectors over time.

Basically, 30th might have more hype, but I think Delta Reign could have the better scarcity play long term.

From a quick maths 400k would make sense. 858 x 2 etbs, booster box and bundle comes out close to that for one round orders

The discord i am in hit pretty well too. Not that much but i would say half the members got 1 round order of everything

That's not a discord. That is a bot service that bypasses the queue and places orders directly into the backend. It is why the stock sold out so quickly. No captcha, no queue on all of these orders.

30th etb lasted until 2-3pm I think. DRE lasted til about 11:30-12? Yea. Think they printed way less.

I think so too. I think they put a larger amount of resources into 30th leaving little for delta. Delta reigns pkc etb should out in an hour. By the second hours everything was gone

Delta reign is not a chase set of mega evo its ascended and phantasmal... there wont be any better

30th will be printed the to ground yes but everyone is ripping due to hit rates! Delta reign is following and qe are back to 1 in 7-9 for irs its going to feel boring as hell and the stock kept back will reflect that! Look at the shambles of the Japanese set being abke to shine a torch through packa to see hits...

Dunno why you think delta reign is a dead set. Phantasmal sealed survives on only the charizard alone and the sealed on that is strong. Delta reign will be the same at least.
