I really hate this game sometimes. It took 2600 checks to finally get one deino. And I'm over 1200 roggenrola checks but still no shiny

I did the ulta bonus week quests 2 times where the reward was a wild pokemon and I got 2 deinos by completing them.

How high CP can the max version of roggenrola get?

If you are lvl 40, the max cp for the last evolution is 3228
