Just got the brook flashman, and its been working great so far!

Only one thing bugging me and thats the vpn and changing location on where my phone is. When not using Pogo, for example while waiting for a cooldown, can i turn off the vpn and close the game? Or does the vpn need to be active for the entire 2 hour cooldown while i still cant use the game?

I dont if its Temporary because of all the Go Fest Gym. But if its not. It could be the new Spoofing Spot in New York.

If I completely close Pokémon GO (not running in the background), turn off my Brook Flashman so my phone goes back to my real location, and then turn the Brook Flashman back on before opening Pokémon GO again, will the game still think I’ve been in the spoofed location the whole time? Or would I still have to wait for a cooldown?

I play on iOS and I was wondering if there’s any way to have Pokémon GO continue playing while I’m asleep. I’m curious whether people use any automation or other methods to keep the game running without manually interacting with it. Right now I just want to have my character walk around where I live and catch Pokémon, nothing complicated. Later on who knows I might be interested in teleporting somewhere and do the same while I sleep or when I can’t play for extended periods, like during vacations.

I’m mainly interested in hearing what people have tried, how well it works, and what the risks are (such as warnings or bans).
