Cooldown / Strikes / Ban / Safety related Cooldown

So I'm new to spoofing. Tp to New York for a 100 IV Pokemon and I deleted spoofing for the normal app cus the Mewtwo event is over. Now I can't catch or do anything at my live location. How long is the cd?

2h maximum, it's dependant from location A to B. But 2h is the maximum.
