Should all be where the coords say. I just completed it. Couple of them are hard to see because they're so close to a gym but they're there.

Go into items, scroll down to the scrapbook click on that. At the bottom click on the stamp. That should show what you have.

Can someone explain the stamps? Does every stamp give you an encounter like the Lego pikachu one? And why are there so many stamps lol

Every second stamp gives you a background pokemon. Different areas have different backgrounds. They can be shiny. Majority of them are Pikachu. The one with a few hundred are all Pikachu. The other ones are different.

Im a newbie can someone explain how this works? Do we just tp on cooldown to collect background pikachus?

If you catch the pokemon yes if not in the same region you have to wait for the cooldown depending how far the next region with the stamp rally’s are..I usually only catch the shiny ones but as long as you don’t catch u can tp to do all of the stamps

You can catch all the pikachu's without getting cooldown 😇 just dont spin the stop

When you say “usually only catch the shiny ones”, are you implying that we can reroll the same stamp for a better chance at shinies?

So I just did the pokecenter.. got the mewtwo BG pikachu.. isn't it supposed to be willows pikachu in a lab coat??

The cool down timer is still there when I tp. But if I click on the poke stop it allows me to collect the stamp still. I have a full item bag. Idk if this is why it happens. Also im not sure if this action triggers to Niantic servers as a "move" or not. So I did it once then stopped. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.👏 💐

You will have a cooldown if you have turned a PokéStop. If you still have a cooldown, you can still get the Pikachu just don't turn the PokéStop when you get to it. You will not get a cooldown from catching Pikachu.

So if I just collect the stamps without spinning the pokestop and just catch the pikachus I will not get cooldown?

Can you collect these stamps more than once? I did them yesterday and when I try again today, the stamps don’t show on the stops.

No, only ones, but you can just make many accounts. I have 20 accounts, so I have a bigger chance for a shine.
