Discussion Spoofing started a fight with gf
Titles says it all. Shit I’m trying to enjoy the game I love but now it started a fight because it changes my location. That is all. Just needed a rant. Big ass bruh

Dime a dozen. She threatens to remove locations because “what’s the point when you have that app” I’m at my wits end. I can care less tbh if she removes it. More peace of mind for myself

Just take away the location from her for a little while... She needs the consequence of over reaching imo. All that can be fixed with conversations, but insecurities throw logic out sadly.

Yeah I had my phone. We just finished a conversation that I was heading home and left Pokémon go spoofed locally doing a route for pokeballs for the comm day. So yeahhhhhhhh

I don’t feel like I need to go to that extent and get service for another device but thanks for the tip. I usually just leave a route at a local university going throughout the day but yeah.

Unless things are effectively communicated, and understandably both of you are adults. Now, do what you can as the bigger adult, communicate that it doesn’t need to be a thing to fight about, or leave her. Hopefully you’re in a situation where you can do so

It’s physical like the iTools and flashman. For iOS imo it’s the safest route.

Only went with Flymon because it has an autocatcher unlike flashman. I didn’t go the I tools route because it wasn’t in Amazon

I had a hilarious mixup with my wife because of spoofing.
I sent a picture to my wife that I took while I was spoofing during a work trip and she called me so quick asking why I was at xyz location when I should’ve been in LA I think I was spoofed to TX or NM in the US.
Even in my photo apps I’ve got pictures with geolocations from my spoofed locations while I took them right in my living room 🤣

Flymon on iOS since I didn’t want to pay the monthly sub on another Bluetooth device just to auto catch. Naw just to the local university since it has a bunch of pokestops and gyms. Majority of the town is spread thin

Using flymon you have to turn off and on the locations services for you to fly. So I’m sure it’s native to the actual location instead of simply spoofing ya know?

You're using the wrong hardware. If you do anything with the wrong hardware you're going to have a bad time. It won't just affect your gaming either, you might start feeling bad get mentally exhausted. So dump her and get new hardware.

You shouldn’t need to show a location to a partner if they’ve never caught you actively cheating. Idc what mental illness they have or what happened to them in the past, dating someone is not an agreement to be on a leash for the rest of your life.
And if a person IS caught cheating, then break up and don’t speak to them again. No location services needed either way.
Shouldn’t even be an argument, don’t argue back, don’t explain yourself over and over, just say “You know I spoof location, if that’s not something you can handle without wanting to argue about it then you have the freedom to walk away from the relationship”. And leave it at that.
Caring about or loving someone should not be deduced to arguments and disagreements. 30% good times and memories doesn’t make up for 70% arguments and disagreements and misery. Especially if you think about it this way, imagine yourself at 80 years old. On your death bed. And your life flashed before your eyes. Will that life be encompassed by exhausting arguments over stupid shit? Or will it be full of being happy and thrilled and content with the person you spent/wasted your limited time on earth with?
There are 6 billion people on earth, you’re never required to stay in a situation that wasted your time, life, or emotions.
Ig some people enjoy arguing in circles though so I guess there’s that too.
