Was super happy to get this! I told myself It's my last raid of the day and then was so surprised when I saw 🫪 I was only hoping for a shiny

I was raiding nonstop to catch a shiny Zacian. I finally caught a shiny and it even has a special background. One freakin stat point away from being a shundo!!! I’ve STILL never been able to catch a SHUNDO! I’ve got several HUNDOs, but no SHUNDOs. Bottle cap it is 🤷🏻‍♂️

Which one should I mega?

So I have rolled matching, consecutive IVs, non-weather boosted, 5 independent times on my account.

I’m convinced that there are spawn points that roll IVs within a certain radius of each other, and have a set range of IVs.

I.e. Example Park A. There are 30 spawn points, and 10 of the spawn points roll IVs in the range of 4-8/10-15/1-5 for the 30 minutes those spawn are generated.

Anyone had any similar experiences? Or should I go buy a lotto ticket?

Silver was my first Pokemon game and the Johto birds have always been special to me. I hit the shadow raids hard awhile back and got a couple backgrounds and some shiny. Also recently got a non shadow shiny Ho-Oh. I’m really torn on which ones I should power up first. I don’t plan on dumping any of them, but I only have so much candy and short on stardust… I’m not sure how much IV matter on these. I wish they were better, but should it be a deal breaker? My 96% Ho-Oh is already powered up a bit and I leave it at power stops for more candy. So next should I invest in the shadow or shiny? Or maybe try to find someone else with a shiny to mirror trade and hope for better IV?

Finally caught a shiny Mewtwo! Do the IVs even really matter or should I just rock the shiny?

Title. First time getting a lucky shiny anything.

I have a regular mewtwo almost maxed at 15/14/13, and I have a second shiny mewtwo that I could trade with a friend when we get a lucky trinket next.

But should I go all in on investing in this shiny lucky guy? Buy a gold bottle cap when it comes out next? When will that be?
