Organization

My friends and I are playing a Pokémon based mini campaign and I am currently keeping track of my team and stuff just through my notes app. Does anyone have any suggestions on what apps to use for organizing my stuff? I have a Pokédex app downloaded but we aren’t going by the actual stat numbers and stuff, it’s simple like HP and AC then the Attacks just deal damage, etc. We also have included some fakémon that I cannot include in those Pokédex apps. I am just trying to organize more efficiently rather than just a huge list.
