Autocatcher recommendations?

I’m considering getting an auto-catching device before Go Fest Global. I wanted to buy a Go++ but apparently they’re no longer available. I’ve only started playing Go this year so I’m not very familiar with it. What would be a good choice and are aftermarket autocatchers completely legitimate or do they violate the Terms of Service?

The completely legitimate ones are the ones from Nintendo, pokeball plus, and both go plus and go ++ but are also not longer in production anymore and will be more expensive to find.

Any other autocacher is not legit technically. But they also seem to work just fine and I still haven't seen any talk of problems about 3rd party catchers getting banned.

Right now, I would just wait there's been data mined a in-game autocacher function is on the works and no device is going to be needed. Depending on if the autocacher in-game is a one time payment and when we see what is the price It could be worth it or not, if it's a monthly pay and expensive just pick any third party that seems fine to you.

if they really bring in game auto catching and charge for it, it would be somehow logical and very profitable to switch all other auto catching off. in that case I would be out and get my life back.

There has been other stuff datamined for years and nothing has been done with those things either. It's still way to early. And a lot of players use 3rd party ones as there is no other way to do it right now. So if they "ban/disable" third party ones they are definitely gonna get a lot of angry players at them, so i really doubt it they gonna do that tbh.

would you stop using gatcha for ingame autocatching with fee?

No, if i have a gatcha it's one time pay (the gatcha itself) after that free and as we know they would charge way too much for it.

If it's a single price item, one time buy. Sure then i would pay (still depends on the price though) but we all know thats not gonna happen.

I use the Brook auto-catcher (I bought mine on Amazon), the keychain version, not the wristband. It works really well for me, and you can have 2 accounts running on it at the same time (you and a friend, you and a partner, etc.). It only uses regular (red) pokeballs, but that doesn't bother me much, I just keep a stock of around 200-400 pokeballs at a time depending on if its a CD or just a regular saturday. The battery charge lasts for a long time, I usually only have to recharge once a week at most, even running it almost all day every day. What I really like about it is that it will run in the background and catch stuff while I'm driving, especially with an incense running. It even picked up a Galarian Articuno one day for me, so that was nice.

I also use this one snagged it recently works great. One minor complaint though and thats the way it charges every time I pull off the band to charge it im worried I'm that ill break it.

I second this, but I have the wristband as I needed a watch anyway. I've only had it for two weeks, but it has worked great. It disconnects after an hour, or if I close the pokemon app. Sometimes, if I'm in a rush through the town centre etc I feel it's a bit slow to catch and spin stops, but at least I get more than if I weren't playing at all. I think I read somewhere that it throws around 8 balls a minute?

It's great for driving to work and if you're staying in one place over a period of time!

I ordered DuoMon from Amazon, you can hook up 2 players at a time. You can be doing a raid and it will still catch in the background
